rules of procedure.

The rules to be observed in our B&B

are not only those provided by law,

but especially those dictated by common sense and mutual respect.

Reception hours: from 10.00am to 1.00pm and from 4.00pm to 8.00pm

Delivery Rooms: Guests can take possession of the room from 2.00pm to 8.00pm. In 90% of cases, we can deliver the rooms even before! It would be appreaciated a communication from you regarding your arrival time and delays.

Check-in: upon arrival it will be required proof of identity of the guests (valid to be registered as required by law) and payment of the total stay. After that our staff will give you the keys, to let you see the room and provide the information you need.

Check-out: on the day of your departure, the rooms must be vacated no later than 10:00 am to allow the staff to do the cleaning. If the guest does not respect the estimated time for leaving  the room, he will be charged for the next night.

Breakfast: breakfast will be served in the breakfast room from 08:00am to 10:00am.

Cleaning and linens: cleaning of rooms and services are carried out every day. The change of bed linen / towels is every three days, as required by law. We recommend using the cleansing wipes to avoid damaging the towels, make-up and sunscreens cause irreparable damage to the laundry. It is recommended a proper and civil sanitation, not throwing anything in the toilet, reminding that there are the appropriate bins.

B&B hours: Guests will have the keys of the structure, and can come and go as they prefer.

Lights and air conditioners: for responsible energy consumption, switch off the lights and air conditioners whenever you leave the room. Systematically close the windows when the heating or air conditioning are in use and maintain a reasonable temperature in the room. Do not leave the charger plugged in when not in use.


  1. To the customer that for misuse, negligence or neglect causes, damages the structure, its equipment or objects in use, they will be charged the amounts needed for repairs, replacements and cleaning the case. Any possible damage has to be declared and settled immediately to the operator of the facility. All charges in the event of client default will be applied directly using the details of the credit card provided by the customer when booking. For subtraction ascertained it will proceed according to the law.
  2. In accordance with Regulation of the B & B and the rules of the Municipal Police it is required to observe silence in the time slot between 2:00pm, and 4:00pm and from 10:00pm to 08:00am.
  3. The B & B accepts no responsibility for loss, theft and / or damage to objects of your property left in the rooms and for any damage to people, animals or things to and from third parties.
  4. It is absolutely not allowed to smoke inside the rooms and bedrooms.
  5. It is strictly forbidden to receive visits and to have more guests than those residing therein.
  6. In the event of lost keys guests are required to pay them.
  7. We are not liable for any failure due to total or partial lack of supplies such as electricity, water, telephone or Internet connection is not dependent on our will.
